These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital platforms, websites, mobile apps, connected TV apps, content, and services (“Services”) provided by BIKINI BODY MOMMY LLC, doing business as BBM Health & Fitness (“BBM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SERVICES.
These Terms apply to:

“BBM,” “BBM Health & Fitness,” “Bikini Body Mommy” refers to the brand and its legal entities.
“Services” refers to all digital content, platforms, websites, apps, memberships, community features, and tools provided by BBM.
“User,” “You,” or “Member” refers to any person accessing or using the Services.
All content provided through BBM, including but not limited to:
Workouts
Fitness programs
Monthly challenges
Coaching videos
Photos and images
Meal plans and recipes
Downloadable materials
Transformation content
Audio, video, and written materials
—is the exclusive property of BIKINI BODY MOMMY LLC and BBM Health & Fitness and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
Copy or reproduce content
Record or screen capture
Repost, upload, or redistribute
Train others using BBM content
Use content for commercial purposes
Share PDFs or printables
Post content on social media
Create derivative works
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on our platform, including but not limited to comments, messages, photos, videos, testimonials, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant BBM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our Services.
This may include use in marketing materials, including our website, emails, advertisements, and social media channels.
We will not intentionally use User Content in a misleading or defamatory way. Where appropriate, we may remove or anonymize identifying information.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to share the content
The content does not violate the rights of any third party
The content complies with applicable laws
If you wish to request removal of your content from promotional use, you may contact us at BBMHealth@uscreen.support.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services.
BBM IS NOT A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION.
We do NOT provide:
Medical advice or services
Diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition
Personalized health, nutrition, or hormone guidance
All content is for general education only and does not replace:
Medical care
Licensed professionals
Mental health services
Nutrition or dietetic services
You are solely responsible for your health decisions.
Individual results will vary.
Any results, transformations, testimonials, or examples shown through the Services are not typical and are not guarantees of what you or any other individual may achieve.
Results depend on many factors including:
Consistency and effort
Health history
Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and nutrition
Hormonal and metabolic differences
The Services provide tools and support—not guaranteed outcomes.
BBM provides digital-only content through:
Website platforms
Mobile and connected TV applications
No physical products are sold.
Content availability may vary and may be updated or removed at any time.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Not share your account
Not exceed device limits
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Memberships are recurring digital subscriptions.
By starting a free trial or paid subscription, you authorize the platform you subscribed through to charge your payment method on an auto-renewing basis until you cancel.
Prices may change with notice as required by law.
Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms are controlled by those platforms, not BBM.

BBM cannot access, modify, cancel, or refund third-party app-store purchases or subscriptions.
Website memberships include ONE 7-day trial per new user.
The trial period begins immediately at sign-up. After 7 days, your paid plan begins automatically. Users can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charge.
Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, or otherwise attempting to obtain more than one free trial. Any attempt to abuse the free trial system, including creating duplicate accounts for repeated free access, constitutes a violation of these Terms. BBM may immediately terminate all associated accounts, deny future access to the Services, and void eligibility for any future promotions, at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to trial abuse.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
A. Member Responsibility
You may manage, change, or cancel your membership at any time through:
The Account page on our website, OR
The subscription settings of the app store where you subscribed.
BBM cannot cancel your membership for you via email, DM, or support.
B. Strict No-Refund Policy
Because members receive immediate digital access: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
This includes:
• Renewals you forgot to cancel
• Membership fees (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Promotional or discounted plans
• Auto-renewals
• Unused membership time
• Accidental purchases
• Cancellations after billing
• App-store purchases
C. 7-Day Risk-Free Trial
Your trial allows you to evaluate the program before billing begins. If you do not cancel your free-trial before the end of the 7 days, you will be billed automatically and on a recurring basis per the terms of the subscription plan which you signed up for.
D. No Refunds for Forgotten or Late Cancellations
To avoid any and all confusion:
BBM does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for forgotten cancellations, unused memberships, or failure to cancel on time.
Members are responsible for monitoring renewal dates via their account tab on the website (bikinibodymommy.com/bbmhealth&fitness.com or via the third-party app in which they subscribed.
E. App-Store Purchases
If you subscribed through a third-party app-store (Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Samsung):
• BBM cannot see or access your billing or account details
• BBM cannot cancel your membership
• BBM cannot issue refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly through the third-party app store.
F. BBM’s Right to Decline Refund
Except where required by law, no refunds will be issued once billing has occurred.
Any refund granted (rare, discretionary) is an exception, not a precedent. Please email BBMHealth@uscreen.support if you believe there has been a billing error on your account.
Because BBM provides immediate access to all digital content upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure fairness and consistency across all members.
We are committed to transparency around billing, including:
• clear renewal terms presented at checkout and prior to payment submission, including at the start of your free 7 day trial
• the ability to cancel at any time through your account settings
• and advance billing reminder emails sent approximately 30 days prior to renewal for quarterly and annual memberships
Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions and monitoring renewal dates.
We recommend setting a reminder prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform, the content, and the services provided, and to ensure that all members are treated equally under the same terms.
BBM Health & Fitness is intended to provide fitness, nutrition, wellness, education, accountability, and community support services. To protect the integrity of the platform, community environment, staff, and members, the following conduct is prohibited.
You agree not to:
• Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, disparage, or engage in excessively disruptive communications directed toward BBM Health & Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, representatives, or other members through any communication channel, including but not limited to email, support tickets, community forums, social media, direct messaging, comments, reviews, or other platforms.
• Continue engaging in repetitive, excessive, or disruptive communications after a matter has been reviewed, addressed, and a final decision has been communicated by BBM Health & Fitness.
• Use community spaces, member groups, comments, coaching areas, or other platform features to pursue personal grievances, billing disputes, refund demands, legal disputes, customer service disputes, or matters unrelated to the intended purpose of the community.
• Post content that is knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or intended to harm the reputation of BBM Health & Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, representatives, or other members.
• Organize, encourage, coordinate, or threaten campaigns intended to damage the reputation of BBM Health & Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, representatives, or members through social media, online communities, review platforms, private groups, public forums, or any other communication channels.
• Interfere with, disrupt, diminish, or negatively impact the experience of other members, the operation of the Services, the BBM Health & Fitness community environment, or the ability of staff to perform their duties.
• Misuse customer support channels, community features, messaging systems, comments, or other communication tools in a manner that is abusive, disruptive, excessive, or inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent, undermine, retaliate against, or interfere with BBM Health & Fitness's enforcement of its Terms of Service, policies, moderation decisions, billing policies, or community standards.
BBM Health & Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently terminate access to any account, membership, community feature, content, or service at any time, with or without notice, when member conduct is determined to be disruptive, abusive, harmful to the community environment, harmful to BBM Health & Fitness operations, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
Termination or restriction of access under this section shall not entitle the member to any refund, credit, or compensation unless otherwise required by law.
Billing Disputes and Consumer Complaints
BBM Health & Fitness respects each member's right to disagree with billing decisions, request assistance from customer support, dispute charges through their financial institution, submit complaints to applicable consumer protection agencies, pursue available legal remedies, or leave honest reviews regarding their experience with the platform.
However, members may not use BBM Health & Fitness community spaces, social media platforms, email communications, direct messages, support channels, or any other communication method to engage in harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, bullying, defamation, dissemination of knowingly false or misleading statements, interference with business operations, or attempts to encourage, organize, coordinate, or direct others to target, harass, disrupt, damage, or interfere with BBM Health & Fitness, its employees, contractors, representatives, members, business operations, or business relationships.
Members may not use refund requests, billing disputes, chargebacks, complaints, legal claims, or disagreements with company policies as a basis to engage in prohibited conduct or violate any provision of these Terms.
Attempts to pressure, intimidate, threaten, coerce, publicly target, organize campaigns against, or otherwise interfere with BBM Health & Fitness, its employees, contractors, representatives, members, operations, or business relationships in an effort to obtain a refund, policy exception, waiver, special treatment, or other favorable outcome may constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in content removal, restriction of community privileges, suspension, termination of access, denial of future access, legal action where appropriate, and any other remedies available to BBM Health & Fitness at law or in equity, as determined in its sole discretion.
BBM Health & Fitness reserves the right to distinguish between legitimate consumer complaints and conduct that becomes abusive, disruptive, harassing, threatening, coercive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to the safety, wellbeing, reputation, operations, or experience of its staff, members, contractors, representatives, or community environment.
Nothing in this section limits BBM Health & Fitness's right to pursue any legal, equitable, contractual, or administrative remedies available under applicable law arising from a member's conduct, communications, actions, or misuse of the Services.
BBM reserves the right to:
Monitor interactions
Remove content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Take legal action
BBM Health & Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to content removal, warning notices, restriction of community privileges, suspension of access, account termination, denial of future access, or any other corrective action necessary to protect the platform, its members, staff, and business operations.
Termination, suspension, restriction of access, removal from community features, or other enforcement actions do not entitle a member to a refund, credit, partial refund, prorated refund, compensation, or reimbursement unless otherwise required by applicable law.
All content is protected by copyright and IP laws.
Violations may result in:
Account termination
Legal action
DMCA enforcement
Our Services use cookies and tracking technologies to improve performance, analyze usage, and support marketing.

Injuries

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
These Terms are governed by Virginia law.
All disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
