Meet Briana
BBM was created by Briana, a mom of six who knows that fitness has to work alongside real life—not compete with it.
Briana has spent almost 20 years coaching women through fitness, motherhood, and the many changes life brings. BBM gives women encouragement, structure, and a way to keep going through changing schedules and changing seasons.
This isn't about being perfect.

Yes. BBM includes workouts designed for home training. Equipment needs vary by workout, but most only require dumbbells and an elevated surface like a chair.
That's exactly who BBM is built for. You don't need to be in shape before joining. The BBM Method is beginner friendly and helps you find an appropriate starting point, then adjust your movement and routines to your current capacity.
BBM offers guidance for five Seasons: Pregnancy, Postpartum, Busy Mom, Perimenopause, and Menopause. If you're not sure where to begin, the BBM Season Quiz can help you find your starting point. BBM does not replace individualized medical care.
Yes. The Black Friday price of $239 applies to the first year of an annual membership. It's valid on the annual membership only and can't be applied to other memberships.
After your first year, your membership auto-renews at the regular $299/year rate unless you cancel before it renews. Billing reminders are sent before renewal, and you can manage your membership from your account tab.
