Hi, I'm Briana!
I help women with bikini bodies of all weights, shapes and sizes, achieve health, happiness & body confidence.
I am a southern California wife, and home birth mama of SIX. I love Mexican food, diet coke, and all things potato.
Most people know me as the CEO and founder of the global body-positive fitness movement called Bikini Body Mommy™ but I have actually been a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist for over 15 years!
As a body transformation expert, I not only have a decade and a half of credentials and professional experience, but I also have the PERSONAL EXPERIENCE of living in an overweight body that has been medically classified as "morbidly obese."
You see, despite all of my experience as a "health professional," my body has a history of gaining a LOT of weight in pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
When I say "a lot of weight"... I'm talking about 60 pounds in pregnancy and another 30-40 pounds while breastfeeding, every single time.
As a mom with six kids (and two angel babies), sometimes I've been able to lose all of the baby weight before getting pregnant again, and sometimes I haven't.
Which brings me to this summer Challenge...
Given the fact that I've been having babies since I was 18 years old, I can personally attest to the fact that I've spent more summer seasons in my adult life covered up on a pool chair, then I've officially spent in the water making memories with my kids.
More summers being the one to volunteer to “take the photos,” just so I could avoid the embarrassment of appearing in them instead.
More summers declining to attend BBQ's with extended family and concerts in the park with friends…
All because I was embarrassed about what my body looked like.
All because I was terrified and wanted to avoid the judgment and outside opinions of others about how I'd “let myself go.”
Here's the thing though, the struggle with my own body over the years has allowed me to HELP WOMEN like you overcome the same battles!
Whether my body is 115 pounds or 215 pounds, I've made it my mission to provide relatable workout & lifestyle content for women with “Bikini Bodies” of ALL weight's, shapes, sizes and fitness abilities.
And this summer is NO EXCEPTION.
