CHOOSE YOUR 90 DAY CHALLENGE

All TEN of my 90 Day Challenges consist of 20 minute (or less) home-based workouts that only require a set of dumbbells.

Wondering Which Challenge To Choose?
You do NOT have to follow the Challenges in order.

That means you can start with CHALLENGE 9.0, then go back and do CHALLENGE 1.0, it's completely up to you!

  The goal is to choose the 90 Day Challenge that you find relatable and is the most compatible with your current goals and season of life!

CHALLENGE 1.0

Where it all began!  Start your transformation journey at the "beginning" of the BBM movement with the exact workouts I used to lose 100lbs after giving birth to Finnley (my 3rd child).

FUN FACT:  Did you know that the original BBM Challenge started off as photo workout cards, 1 year prior to filming this challenge via video?  It's true.

You should also know that the catalyst for filming the first 90 Day Challenge via video came after I suffered a late first-trimester miscarriage and wanted to lose the 20+ pounds I had already gained, before I lost the baby.

CHALLENGE 2.0

Don't Stop, I didn't!  I jumped immediately into filming Challenge 2.0 after filming Challenge 1.0.

Take the intensity up a notch, and tackle your daily workouts right along side of me with BBM Baby Finnley, now a rambunctious toddler, completely under foot!

 If you are looking to lose 20+LBS in real time, right along side of me... this Challenge is for YOU!

You asked, I listened! This challenge I brought back the FIT TESTS every 15 days as well as introduced SUPERSETS! 

Every day my goal was to deliver powerful workouts that pushed and challenged your body in every way!

Ooops, I did it AGAIN! Pregnant with Arwyn (my 4th child), but blissfully unaware until the final weeks of the Challenge...

Join me for 90 days of relatable workouts, fit tests, and confusion over why my body ISN'T RESPONDING to the workouts before I finally figure out...

New BABY, New House, New Workouts! 

Hello POSTPARTUM Mama! Join me, and Arwyn (my fourth child) in Challenge 5.0 as we try to prioritize our health... despite the scale and all of the demands being placed on our bodies by a new baby!

CHALLENGE 6.0

If you are struggling with LIFE STRESS and body image issues... This challenge is for you!

As a breastfeeding mama, I filmed CHALLENGE 6.0 shortly after relocating our family back to Southern California (from Toronto, Canada) whilst getting stressed induced SHINGLES and simultaneously struggling to understand why my "physical efforts" weren't reflecting my results.

FUN FACT: After not seeing any sustainable changes on the scale at 1.5 years postpartum, Challenge 6.0 was the first in the series where you see me redirect my focus from "weight loss" being the gauge of my health and challenge success.... to embracing moving my body everyday by delivering workouts designed to make you FEEL better than you "look."

Celebrate with me... After 2.5 Years, MY BODY is finally my own!

No longer breastfeeding or "newly postpartum" come along for the ride as I lose 45 postpartum pounds...

Spoiler alert... I get pregnant with Everly (my 5th baby) shortly after!

SHAKE what your Mama gave you (Yep, even the mama apron)

Postpartum HAWT new mama of FIVE is showing up and ready to INSPIRE!  

I may have gained-back over 60+ lbs in pregnancy, but that's not going to slow me (or YOU!) down from rocking kicking a** and taking names in my 8th FREE 90 Day Challenge!

Talk about having déjà vu... Look who is Pregnant AGAIN, only nine months postpartum after having baby number five!
