The Bikini Body Mommy virtual coaching experience is designed to be a direct one-on-one training experience with me, either via phone or Skype – whichever works better for you. We will meet for 30 minutes each week, and you will have daily access in between those meetings via email.

We will assess your starting point, work through your vision of where you ultimately want your body to be, build goals to support that, develop a plan, and then systematically work through the details of that plan via action steps that focus weekly on your mindset, motivation, nutrition, and workouts. Each week you will have a homework assignment and you will be required to provide daily check-ins.

THIS IS ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING RIGHT? ABSOLUTELY! For what we intend to do, it wouldn’t be beneficial to work with a group. It’ll be just the two of us.

Today is DAY 7 and it’s your first official REST DAY of the BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE!   The first week is tough … I KNOW, but I’m so proud of you for pushing through it!   Since you have no workout to do today, WHAT IS YOUR MISSION? Do something that you love … enjoy time with your family … get a pedicure … read a book .. something relaxing … and be READY to hit the ground running tomorrow!

As promised I’ll be releasing all new SUNDAY SKINNY Videos for you this round!  I’m focusing on answering all your questions.  NOTHING is off-limits! NOTHING is TOO personal!

Let’s talk NUTRITION!

Today my tip of the day is about Breakfast.   I recommend eating breakfast within 20 minutes of waking up  (This means– BEFORE YOUR COFFEE!) Doing this turns your metabolism into a fired up fat-burning furnace FIRST THING! Keep it small and protein rich.

HIIT workouts are intense .. and they are intended to be that way.  You get the most bang for your buck with these babies .. but you’ve gotta work for them.  Be sure that you are giving every move YOUR ALL!  Push as hard as you can .. and be sure to take the rest breaks as indicated.  This rise and decline of your heart rate is what helps make major changes in your body in a short amount of time.
