Meet Minna
My Name is Minna. I am a 30 year old mother to my 3 year old son Adrianne, and we live in Sweden. I first found BikiniBodyMommy™ on Instagram about a year ago when I was really depressed, hopeless, and unhappy with my post-baby body… even though my son was 3 years old at the time and I had no excuse for still having the “baby-belly.” I really connected with Briana’s lifestyle philosophy and approach to losing weight, and I quickly became addicted to her posts. I fell in love with everything she stood for. She gave me hope. She was a mom dealing with the same REAL-LIFE issues and insecurities I was dealing with, but still managed to transform her own body after gaining much weight and having two more children than ME. The way she put her self out there and publicly made her own transformation happen, inspired me to try. I started following Briana’s challenge exercises and her Weekly MEAL PLAN and my body responded FAST. Within 10 Days my “mommy-belly” had diminished to the point that I could actually begin to see the tone of my abs. Within 45 Days I had completely transformed my body and my mindset, and by Day 90 I had a NEW LIFE. Meet Jamie
My name is Jamie, I am 34 years old and I live in New Mexico, USA with my husband and our 4 children who are 12, 11, 9 and 7. Having 4 kids so close together did a real number on my body, and left it totally unrecognizable. Over the years I tried every mainstream exercise and nutrition program out there to lose the weight and get my body back, and every time I failed. I came across BikiniBodyMommy™ on Facebook and immediately I connected with what I saw. Briana's fitness and nutrition philosophy was so inspiring and seemed so do-able I made a decision to give it a try. Meet Tabbie
Aloha! My name is Tabitha :) I'm a mom of twins, and wife of almost 10 years. I am trying to have another baby in 2015 with the help of in-vitro due to my infertility issues. But first, I am on a journey to lose 80 pounds and more importantly get healthy via following Briana's BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE! I'm not yet "AN AFTER" ... I am currently in the middle of my journey! Meet Brenna
My name is Brenna, and I live in Florida with my husband and our 3 children. I am a very busy working executive mom who travels extensively for work and is always on the go. In the past, I have struggled to find a workout and nutrition plan which would accommodate my hectic schedule and wasn't impossible to follow while traveling and living out of hotel rooms. The results of which left me always eating out and struggling for the motivation to find an exercise solution. When I came across the BikiniBodyMommy™ program I was immediately struck by what I saw. The workouts were all short (who doesn't have 12 minutes to exercise?!), require very little in terms of equipment, and really seemed like they could be done from anywhere. Same with the Meal Plan, so immediately I jumped on board. The results I saw in just the initial 30 days of following the program motivated me in ways I had never experienced before, and even helped to uncovered some serious underlying food intolerance's I previously didn't even know I had. Meet Natasia
Hi Briana! I have known about you since I was pregnant with my son, started one of the challenges shortly after he was born, but it wasn’t until this past January that I was really able to begin and find the motivation to stick with it. In the past 8 months I have only lost around 5 pounds, but with the 20.5 inches just this past 2.0 challenge, I am on my way to my goal size. I am now saying size rather than weight because looking as good as I do at 212 pounds, I do not know if 165 is still realistic. I know I need to lose actual weight, and I will, but my toning up and mostly the way I feel is spectacular. I have had fb girlfriends see my posts and join me for each new challenge, I have a mom friend with 7 kids who is planning to start the re-release of 2.0 with me, and I’m just so excited to direct anyone who asks to your webpage and fb and tell them how little time they need to begin getting incredibly more healthy. Meet Alannah
My name is Alannah, and I live in the UK. Although I’m not a mother, I started following Briana and doing her Bikini Body Mommy Challenge workouts last year – shortly after coming back from university and starting my working life. Due to the job I chose to make my profession, my days were very long and I had a few hours of travelling. I was struggling with the new pressures of balancing career and home-life and became increasingly unhappy with the toll it was taking on my body. When I first decided to start the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge and realized I had to workout 6 days per week, my initial reaction was: How am I going to do this? The first week or two were hard. I have a massive sweet tooth and it seemed everywhere I looked there was sugar, chocolate, doughnuts, fresh bread – you name it, I could smell it. But soon after, it subsided and when I started seeing results on the scale, I didn’t want to eat junk food anymore. So, 20 minutes turned from being a chore, to being my routine and I went from dreading working out to LOVING it! I’m even training for a triathlon next year – can you imagine that? The workouts were simple but hard and every day I would work up a pretty impressive sweat and felt accomplished afterwards. It would get round to Sunday and I would be twiddling my thumbs waiting to workout even though I knew I had to give my body a rest. I think one of the biggest helps was Briana’s WEEKLY MEAL PLAN. She has every meal mapped out to eat every day and even the shopping list to head strait to the market! Even with my hectic schedule I found most of the meals were easy to make, and one of the biggest surprises was how affordable it was to follow! Everyone tends to think eating healthily is so much more expensive than boxed processed stuff, but it really isn’t! Being strait out of Uni, finances have been tight! One of the best tricks I found was to get my fruit and veggies from the local market, as they do fresh produce at rock bottom prices… and meat from the butcher. And if you don’t have the time, many places will even offer them to be delivered. In total I lost about 16lbs over the course of the 90 Days. Not only did I feel amazing over the course of it, but as people began to notice it made me want to work harder. To do the BBM challenge along with Briana and see her results made me even more inspired to stick with it. Briana and her program has helped me in ways I can’t even explain. She gave me a whole new mentality about how look and feel in MY OWN BODY, how I view food, my nutrition, and working out. Without her, I don’t think I would have had the will power to do it and I am thankful and grateful for her amazing help and for the outstanding support of the BIKINI BODY MOMMY COMMUNITY at whatever time of day!     Thank you so much for this Bikini Body Mommy Challenge, your Weekly Meal Plan, your inspiration & the courage to get out in front of the world & do this for us all!!! I had to share my progress pictures, because it helps me see how far I've come in just 50 short days!! Even though today is DAY 58 -- just 32 days left!! I haven't weighed in, but I'm not to worried about the scale, I see difference & I'm ALREADY down 5 sizes in jeans!!     Meet Ashley
    Briana -- I just want to thank you for dedicating your time to helping others better themselves. I had no intentions of working out or changing anything about myself when I happened across your page on Facebook. I was at a comfortable weight and after having my son two years ago, I had accepted that I would never wear a bikini again. Not to blame it all on my child, i have always had a "muffin top" but after having him it was worse. After viewing results photos on your page, I thought why not. I decided to commit myself to your program and knew if I wanted results I had to change my eating habits as well. I thought to myself, I need to loose 5 lbs but 10 would be great. Well 16 POUNDS, 21 INCHES, and TWO PANT SIZES later, I look better than I ever have (just in time for my 30's). I still have some work to do and can't wait to get started in January building some muscle, but i'm glad I kept those bikinis around So thank you from this tired overworked and overwhelmed mommy of a two year old for designing a workout and MEAL PLAN that we (mommies) can fit into our schedule!     Meet Nikko
    Hi my name is Nikko! Back in February I stumbled across your program. I really needed to do something. It had been 4 years since I had my last baby and I was so tired of being overweight. I was embarrassed to go places because of what I looked like. I even had this crazy thought that people would see how beautiful my kids were and then wonder how they got that way after looking at me. So I started your program March 1st of this year. It was HARD and I for sure thought I was going to die after those first two days. I did your workouts in my living room in front of my kids and after a while they would remind me if I didn’t do my workout for that day. I couldn’t give up with them watching me. After a few weeks they would even try to do them with me. It was amazing to watch them copying my moves and knowing I was instilling good habits into them. My 7 year old even joined the running club at school because he “wanted to run like mommy does.” I struggled through those first 90 days not thinking that anything was changing. Boy was I wrong. I was so proud of myself when I finished that I actually cried. If you knew me you would know that crying isn’t something I do often. It was around that time that I posted my first transformation photos in the MLFC group. Dawn was one of the girls that took notice and started asking question about your program. During my 2nd round of your program she formed our BBM group. That group really pushed me to stay accountable. I just finished my 3rd round of your program and I’m thrilled with my results. I haven’t lost much actual weight because the first two rounds I really only focused on the workouts. I needed to get that in place before I added in the food part. I knew that if I did what I could a little at a time I wouldn’t give up like I had in the past. So after 3 rounds I’m down 12lbs, 25 inches, really 26.5 if you don’t count the 1.5 inches I somehow gained in my chest (went from a 36B to a 36C …maybe all the push-ups? , and went from a tight 18/19 to a loose 13/14. I’m so close to getting those 12’s buttoned! I really can’t believe how much my body has changed. I never thought that my pictures would inspire people, but after posting them in our BBM group and getting such great feedback I knew that I should send them to you. I’m sure there’s another mom out there that feels the way I did 9 months ago. Looking at those first pictures of myself is heartbreaking. You can see how unhappy I was just from the look on my face. I will NEVER go back there again. Thank you so much for putting your program out there for people like me! Your program changed way more than just my body. I feel confident for the first time in a very long time. That means more than a number on the scale or what the tag on my pants say. That confidence is what keeps me going even on the days when I really don’t want to work out. Round 4 here I come! - Nikko
