The Bikini Body Mommy virtual coaching experience is designed to be a direct one-on-one training experience with me, either via phone or Skype – whichever works better for you. We will meet for 30 minutes each week, and you will have daily access in between those meetings via email.

We will assess your starting point, work through your vision of where you ultimately want your body to be, build goals to support that, develop a plan, and then systematically work through the details of that plan via action steps that focus weekly on your mindset, motivation, nutrition, and workouts. Each week you will have a homework assignment and you will be required to provide daily check-ins.

THIS IS ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING RIGHT? ABSOLUTELY! For what we intend to do, it wouldn’t be beneficial to work with a group. It’ll be just the two of us.

Today I want you to think about your personal goals.  Decide WHAT you want, WHEN you want it and WHY! It’s been said a million times, but this truly IS the most important steps behind anything you set out to achieve in life.  This step is the KEY behind my own transformation and how I ultimately lost 100 POUNDS in under a year.  Don’t just “think it” — WRITE IT DOWN!  Not only will you visually be able to see your goal, but you’ll also be able to come back to in in moments when your motivation and inspiration waiver.

So whats the difference between these two photos? 21 months • +8.75 pounds • a 4th pregnancy… a devastating miscarriage • a public 6 month post-pregnancy transformation • a [now] globally recognized brand • and a multi-million fitness movement following of some of the bravest, most dynamic, inspiring, and change-provoking women (and men!) this world has ever seen. That’s right BIKINI BODY MOMMIES (and Boardshort-Daddies/Man-kini Men)– I’M TALKING ABOUT YOU!

Honestly guys, words can’t express how grateful I am to each and every single one of you for your ongoing support since founding BIKINI BODY MOMMY after my initial 100 Pound transformation a little less than 2 years ago. MY PERSONAL DAY 75 Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 2.0 PROGRESS UPDATE [*Remember I’m Filming 2 weeks ahead of you guys!]: If you’ve been following me for any length of time you know that I didn’t just wake up in this body… I’ve busted my proverbial a** off day in and day out for the last 6 months to get to the current place I’m in after my 4th pregnancy ended last fall– and it’s been a roller coaster ride. The truth is having this body, this current level of confidence, health, happiness, and BALANCE is A WORK IN PROGRESS and will ALWAYS be a lifelong struggle to maintain!

As most of you have already clued in — Being a “Bikini Body Mommy” is so much more than a fad fitness program — it’s a mentality and a way of life! So for all those who are beginning to stress about “what comes after” #BikiniBodyMommyChallenge 2.0 ends… DONT.
