Even if you have never completed one of my other challenges you can still JOIN 4.0! All of the 90 Day Challenges are shot in REAL TIME, with differences in workout format, timers and progression within each individual 90 day program. The intensity is unique within each challenge, (ie. 4.0 is not more difficult than 1.0.) You do not need to complete the challenges in order of succession (i.e. 1.0 before 2.0, etc.). The CHALLENGE ISN’T LIMITED to “MOMMIES” ANYONE can join — Yep, even MEN!
