The BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE is a FREE workout series which allows followers the unique opportunity to transform their bodies in REAL TIME alongside BikiniBodyMommy™ founder, and mother of three, Briana Christine.

Using the mindset, nutrition, and fitness methods outlined in her bestselling book the Bikini Body Mommy Blueprint, the BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE was founded on the heels of Briana’s own 100 POUND TRANSFORMATION following the birth of her third child.
