    I am new to this and signing up for your 3.0! I was looking at your workouts but how do I know how long or how many for each exercise?

      The workouts for 3.0 are not released until that day of the challenge. All the 2.0 workouts are posted and are around 20 minutes each. There is a detailed write up for each workout supplied.
