    I love your workouts and meal plan, thank you for making it easy to know how to be healthy in the midst of real life! I am a bit confused, I have read that you are re-releasing 2.o on September 8th and in other posts gotten the impression that a new challenge will begin on September 8th. Also that you are releasing 3.0 on January 5th. How long will the challenge last that begins on the 8th? Will it be the same workouts as 2.0 or different?

      On September 8 2.0 will be re-released … 3.0 will be released in the new year. All my challenges are 90 days. Hope that this hleps. xx, – B

    I’m so excited that you are starting another round. I wish I know this was going to happen a few weeks ago. I’m currently on day 25 of 2.0. Do you think I should start over with you guys or keep going? I love your work outs, I have so much more energy than I used to.

    I am wondering if your challenge that begins on September 8th will be new workouts or a repeat of 2.0? I am so excited, too, that you are rolling out a 3.0 version in January. THANK YOU for laying out an easy to follow plan for healthy eating and exercising!

    Hi- I’m in my last week of 2.0. What do you suggest I do to keep going? I don’t want to restart 2.0 since I’m ready for something more challenging and the beginning of the challenge is not as hard as the last month. Should I just start over the last month?

      2.0 increases intensity over time .. so I suggest sticking out the plan you are currently doing rather than starting over if you are at the point you are feeling the need to be more challenged. xx, – B

    Do I need anything to do the 90 challenge? Weights, resistance bands, etc? I saw from watching the first day of the last challenge that I may need a yoga mat, or a chair, but is there anything else?

    Hi – I am on Day #5 of your original challenge. Should I stop this one and pick up 2.0 tomorrow? If I finish this one first, will 2.0 still be available in 85 days? I love your program, thanks!!

    I am just starting the challenge after having a baby who is 2 months now. What is the difference between 90 original challenge and 2.0. Can u still access original one or is the 2.0 the replacement? If original still available do u recommend starting there?

      They are just different formats .. both are 90 days. 1.0 has longer durations and 2.0 pretty much sticks to 20 minutes a day. You can do any one at any time as they are always available… however the “LIVE” version that I am running will be a re-release of 2.0. xx, – B

    I have ordered the 12 week meal plan. Downloaded it but when I click on the meals it does not take me to the recipe. Are the recipes no longer on the site any more?

      Hi Christina, the links do not work if you are not a meal plan subscriber. The 12 week plan has a PDF that has all the recipes you need. xx, – B

    Hi, I just joined the 90 day challenge and completed day 1. I’m getting emails for the 2.0 challenge, how do i go about getting the emails for the original 90 challenge?
