Welcome to your NEW Strength workout for the week BIKINI BODY MOMMIES! It’s Day 36 and we are still going STRONG!!

Up for today all you Veteran BIKINI BODY MOMMIES will see some VERY FAMILIAR exercises!

Here is your line up for today:

1. SPEED SQUATS
2. HIGH KNEES
3. PUSH UPS
4. SQUAT JUMPS
5. TRICEP DIPS
6. BURPEES
7. ALTERNATING LUNGES
8. ELBOW PLANK

    Thanks again for putting the lists back up.

    I have never really been in to the numbers game. I don’t even own a scale. I usually go by fit and feel when it comes to clothes and body.

    This weekend we finally were able to get the canoe in the water. And after 2 paddles which equals putting this extra long and wide boat on and off the SUV 4 times, not only me but my husband noticed right away how much stronger I have gotten which in turn made lifting the canoe easy.

    This morning he woke up so sore and I was totally fine ready to push through the workout.

    Thanks for giving me the motivation to get in shape! You rock.

    Loved how intense this workout was! I was pouring sweat by the end. Really loved the leg exercises and was surprised that I was able to do the plank for the full minute!

    My friends and I are on day 8 of the first challenge. We are so pumped! Motivated! Little bit nauseous! :) thanks much for your exile. (PS, I think you need an App! I’d buy it !)
