It’s DAY 14 BIKINI BODY MOMMIES … and that means it’s your day of REST!  Whew! I know you’ve been working hard this week and have been looking forward to this day.
What will you do today relax and pamper those tired muscles of your’s?

Whatever you do today, I hope you enjoy it!

Tomorrow brings us some new moves on the BIKINI BODY MOMMY Challenge and I’m excited to share them with you… ALSO DON’T FORGET TO TAKE YOUR DAY 15 WEIGH-IN AND MEASUREMENTS! I can’t wait to see how much your body has already changed, so make sure you share your stats with me here on the blog!

    I’ve lost at least 4 lbs already. I’m meal planning this morning and I think I’ll give myself a mani/pedi this afternoon while the baby is napping (which is usually when I workout). Thank you Brianna!

    Had a crazy, busy day yesterday so I used it as my “rest” day. Today the family went on a two hour hike that was a doozy! Pretty much straight up a mountain for an hour and 20 minutes! I was dying, but it was a great cardio workout! Can’t wait to get started on week 3 tomorrow. I’ll send my check in photos and measurements. I am loving this challenge!
