    I prefer to do the same activity. I love running, so I always choose a 45 minute run. It’s so awesome that I can already see progress in my running. I was only running about 20-25 minute before I started the 90-day challenge, so 45 minutes is a huge challenge, so I just do intervals (8 minutes of running, 1 minute walking).
