Welcome to DAY 9 … it’s CARDIO TIME BIKINI BODY MOMMIES!

Remember that you have a CARDIO CHOICE here on the BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE

YOU may choose a 45 minute cardio session OR a 20 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.

When done properly, a Bikini Body Mommy 20 minute HIIT cardio session can be JUST AS … if not MORE beneficial to our bodies then a 45 minute steady state cardio workout.

    I am getting sore already and I am in pretty decent shape!
    When I get the update for bloglovin it is at 2:25 am and it is for the previous day not today’s. Is there a way to change that?
    Also, the link for the HIIT does not open for me? Is it connected to Facebook, because Facebook is blocked at my work

    I had my third child via section I was extremely huge because he couldn’t swollow the amniotic fluid. My stomach hangs really low. Will this program get rid of that? I did kickboxing for over a year and I still had the loose skin.
